Terms & Conditions
Briefd operates two services:
1. The Gentlemen's Underwear Subscription Service (Subscription). To be a Briefd subscriber, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent when you order goods from us. You tell us what cut of underwear you'd like to receive, the size you take, the style you prefer to wear, how often you'd like to receive underwear from us and how many items you'd like to receive each time we send them to you. Your recurring payment will be taken on the same day each month (this is the day you signed up by default) but you can change this at any time in your account.
We will not store your debit or credit card numbers, valid from or expiry dates or your last 3 digits on our servers. That information will be securely stored by our payment gateway Stripe.com. When you enter your card deatils into our website they are transmitted securely to Stripe.com via 128-bit encryption and then stored on their extremely secure servers. Stripe send us back a token which we will send back to them each month when we need to take your Subscription payment. We will continue to do that each and every month unless you've cancelled your Subscription.
Continuous Payment Authority (CPA)
CPA authorises us to take payment for your subscription without having to get authorisation from you each time. By signing up for a Briefd Subscription, you give us expressed consent to do so. If you'd like to cancel the CPA at any time, you can do so by cancelling your Subscription. To cancel your Subscription please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time - your Subscription will continue until you cancel it. To cancel your Subscription simply send us an e-mail email@example.com. If you'd like to reinstate your Subscription after you've cancelled, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We process around 3 working days before your Subscription is due to be taken so if you intend on cancelling please do it in plenty of time before your Subscription date.
As long as you haven't worn the garment we've sent you, we'll offer you a refund if you're not happy with it and you return it in tip top condition.
2. The Monthly Gentlemen's Underwear Gift Service (Gift Service). There are no age restrictions on the Gift Service however you must use your own debit or credit or have permission from the bill payer if you're using someone else's. You tell us what cut of underwear you'd like to send, tell us the recipient's size, their style and how long you'd like them to receive the monthly gift from you from a choice of 3, 6 or 12 months. You will then immediately pay for the entire Gift Service.

The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

Cancellation & refund
We'd really rather you didn't cancel the Gift Service once you've made a purchase because we'll order the stock to fulfil the entire gift run as soon as you make the order - but hey, we're reasonable people and want you to be happy. If the recipient hated the gift or you have another similar extenuating circumstance then we'll allow it. Drop us a line email@example.com and we'll help you out. We will absolutely not refund you for any garments that have already been dispatched to your gift recipient.
Please don't cheat the special offers. If you'd like to get paid for referring people to Briefd or would like to feature Briefd on your blog, social media or affiliate site please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org we'd be happy to work with you.
We wont share your personal information with anyone. We will drop a cookie on the computer or smart device you use to access our website. We do this to gather information and make changes to the site to make it easier and more enjoyable for you to use it.
We will never send you spam emails or text messages. We may from time to time send you notices about special offers and we will give you a polite nudge if your subscription payment fails. Apart from that, you're all good.
