When is my payment taken?

Your recurring payment will be taken on the same day each month (this is the day you signed up by default) but you can change this at any time in your account.

What happens if my payment is declined?

We use a payment provider called Stripe. If the payment is declined, for example, due to insufficient funds being available, then Stripe will try again over the next three days. If the attempts at taking payments are unsuccessful, then we won’t be able to send you out a Briefd box that month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time by logging in to your account. Alternatively you can send us an email and we’ll cancel it for you… but you should know that we will miss you :(

Wait, I've made a horrible mistake and want my subscription back!

If you find yourself at a loss without your monthly underwear fix, then you can re-open your account at any time by logging in to your account and heading to the “Subscriptions” area. Or give us an email and we’ll have your subscription back up and running in no time.

Where in the world do you post to?

We only post to UK addresses currently but if you’re super keen to get your hands on a Briefd Box, we will supply all corners of the globe providing you are happy to pay the extra postage costs. Drop us an email if you would like to arrange this.

Will I have to pay extra taxes or charges?

If you live in the EU then you won’t have to pay a penny extra in taxes or anything else (yay!), however if you’re outside this area then beware of customs charges and extra taxes. This link explains possible extra charges: http://bit.ly/1yerEt5

How much will I have to pay for postage?

Postage & packaging to the UK is Free!

How will I know when my order has been sent on its way?

Once your box has been picked, packed and is ready for shipping  you’ll receive an email notificaiton.

When will I get my Briefd box?

Royal Mail assures us that 98% of your Briefd boxes will be with you in 2-3 working days. You shouldn’t be waiting more than 4 working days for your box.

Can I track my order?

Our Briefd boxes are sent out via Royal Mail’s 2nd class post which isn’t trackable. In the Posties we trust!

It's been a week and my Briefd box still isn't here; underwear crisis!

So far all our boxes have been delivered in good time and none have gone astray. However, if you haven’t received your Briefd box five working days after it was sent then email us and we’ll do our best find out what’s going on.

Can I return my underwear if I accidentally ordered the wrong size?

If you need to return your underwear for any reason then there are a few things we ask. Please could you email us and let us know that you want to return your undies. Also, please, under no circumstances send us underwear which has been worn…! If your underwear is unworn with original labels still attached, then pop them in the post and send them to this address:

I have an aversion to white/orange/patterned underwear. Please, can you never send me any?

We know everyone has different tastes when it comes to underwear and we try to cater as personally as possible when we pick your monthly undies. If you have a specific dislike then let us know and we’ll never send you any that match that description.
