Detox With Our Green Smoothie

Detoxing can be mundane. Enjoy this detoxifying green smoothie as part of your gym and fitness routine to make sure you're getting all the goodness you need.

  • 1 bag of green tea
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 4 large pieces of kale
  • quarter of a cup regular rolled oats
  • handfull of almonds
  • a few cubes of ice ice baby
  • Hot water
  • 1 bag of green tea

Here's how to do it:

  1. Brew your tea in the hot water, wait for it to cool down and then pop it in the fridge.
  2. Put the green tea, kale, berries, chopped babnana, oats, almonds and ice into a blender.
  3. Blend.
  4. Pour.
  5. Drink

  6. Feel detoxified.
